\nDer Blick auf den Inhalt der 1,8 kg Dose ist mehr als vielversprechend denn bereits der Laie erkennt sehr sch\u00f6n die einzelnen K\u00f6rner des Belugas. Auch farblich kann man auf dem Bild die Variationen wahrnehmen denn da Kaviar ein Naturprodukt ist kann selbstverst\u00e4ndlich nicht jedes einzelne Ei dieselbe Farbe besitzen.<\/p>\n

So gehen die Schattierungen von einem eher hellen Grau bis zu einzelnen Eiern, die tiefschwarz wirken. Im Anschluss an die Kontrolle wird der Kaviar je nach Bestellung in die entsprechenden Dosen oder Gl\u00e4ser abgef\u00fcllt. Das erfolgt nicht nur mit Bedacht, um die Eier nicht zu besch\u00e4digen, sondern auch mit Schutzkleidung.<\/p>\n

Speziell der fachm\u00e4nnische Umgang beim Abf\u00fcllen mit einem nichtmetallischen L\u00f6ffel oder Spachtel ist hier wichtig, wobei man auch beim Verzehr darauf achten sollte keine scharfkantigen Gegenst\u00e4nde zu verwenden, die den St\u00f6rrogen besch\u00e4digen k\u00f6nnten.
