1 EL Schlagsahne \n1 Paprika \n1 Zwiebel \n50g Kaviar \n100g Doppelrahm-Frischk\u00e4se \n200g Reis \n3 EL Oliven\u00f6l \n300g M\u00f6hren \n300g Zucchini \n4 Lachsfilet \nPfeffer, Salz \nThymian-Zweige<\/p>\n

Lachsfilet waschen, trocken tupfen und je nach Bedarf mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Eine Auflaufform einfetten und die Lachsfilets hineinlegen. Den Thymian waschen und trocken tupfen. Die Bl\u00e4ttchen abzupfen und fein hacken. \nSahne, Frischk\u00e4se und Thymianbl\u00e4tter vermengen und ebenfalls mit Salz und Pfeffer zu w\u00fcrzen. Diese Creme-Mischung auf die Lachsfilets verteilen und in dem vorgeheizten Backofen f\u00fcr 10 Minuten \u00fcberbacken.<\/p>\n
Den Reis im kochenden Salzwasser zubereiten. Die Zucchini waschen und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. Die Zwiebel abpellen und in feine W\u00fcrfeln schneiden. In einer Pfanne das \u00d6l erhitzen und das Gem\u00fcse komplett und zusammen f\u00fcr wenige Minuten and\u00fcnsten. Den Reis wieder abgie\u00dfen und in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen und zum Gem\u00fcse mit anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer den Gem\u00fcse-Reis abschmecken.<\/p>\n
Die Fischfilets aus dem Backofen nehmen und mit dem Gem\u00fcse-Reis auf den Tellern verteilen. Dar\u00fcber den Kaviar streuen. Mit Thymian garnieren.<\/p>\n
