Die tiefgek\u00fchlten K\u00f6nigskrabbenbeine m\u00fcssen zun\u00e4chst eine Nacht zuvor im K\u00fchlschrank aufgetaut werden. Im n\u00e4chsten Tag, wenn sie aufgetaut sind, k\u00f6nnen sie verarbeitet werden. Dazu werden die Beine an den Gelenken mithilfe einer Fischschere zerteilt. Die einzelnen Abschnitte sollten dann jeweils l\u00e4ngs eingeschnitten werden, sodass das Fleisch einfach entnommen werden kann. <\/p>\n

Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt k\u00f6nnen die Beilagen zubereitet werden. Zuerst werden die Kirschtomaten abgewaschen und dann halbiert. Danach werden sie mit Zucker vermengt und auf ein Backblech gelegt. Wichtig ist dabei, dass die angeschnittene Seite nach unten zum Blech gelegt wird. Die Kirschtomaten m\u00fcssen dann mit dem Zucker f\u00fcr etwa 40 Minuten bei 130 \u00b0C im Ofen backen. In der Zwischenzeit k\u00f6nnen die K\u00f6nigskrabbenbeine weiter zubereitet werden. Daf\u00fcr wird in einer Pfanne etwas Butter erhitzt. Sobald diese eine br\u00e4unliche Farbe angenommen hat, kann das K\u00f6nigskrabbenfleisch darin f\u00fcr 4 bis 6 Minuten gebraten werden. <\/p>\n

Zwischendurch sollte das Fleisch mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer gew\u00fcrzt werden. Im letzten Schritt wird das Ciabatta in gleich gro\u00dfe Scheiben geschnitten. Diese werden dann kurz in der Pfanne in etwas Oliven\u00f6l anger\u00f6stet. Nun kann das K\u00f6nigskrabbenfleisch auf dem Ciabatta zusammen mit den Kirschtomaten serviert werden. Schlie\u00dflich wird das Ganze noch mit 2 Scheiben Lardo belegt und mit Schnittlauch garniert.<\/p>\n
